Prenatal Yoga with Janine Murphy
This class is a love letter to your baby.
Gentle stretching and movement help release the aches of pregnancy. Breath work and poses teach you essential skills to handle the intensity of labor and childbirth, and meditations will deepen the intimacy of your relationship with your new little one. Also, a great way to meet other moms-to-be. During each 6-week session, we will hold one after-class potluck dinner with a guest expert in the field.
Plus, you will receive 2 practice videos created by Janine.
