Baby and Me Yoga (Janine Murphy)
Relax, stretch and strengthen while you bond with your baby. Receive the support and community you need during the fourth trimester. Includes breathing techniques to bring calm and massage to soothe your baby. Class is friendly to feedings and changing as needed!! Awareness and Safety with Carl Koennecke
This four-hour workshop will cover several topics including strategies designed to increase situational awareness, basic concepts of practical self-defense and hands on instruction of simple and effective self-defense techniques. While this program has been designed with the first year college student in mind, it is open to anyone 14 years and older. 7/21 1-5PM $65
Men’s Health Program (Shannon Guastella)
This program is designed for men ready to jump back into their life. This class will be a great way to gain strength and increase your cardio. Modifications and challenges will be offered to encourage those of all abilities. Come with an open mind and ready to have fun.

Prenatal Yoga with Janine Murphy
This class is a love letter to your baby. Gentle stretching and movement help release the aches of pregnancy. Breath work and poses teach you essential skills to handle the intensity of labor and childbirth, and meditations will deepen the intimacy of your relationship with your new little one.
