Prenatal Yoga w/ Janine Murphy
This class is a love letter to your baby. Gentle stretching and movement help release the aches of pregnancy. Breath work and poses teach you essential skills to handle the intensity of labor and childbirth, and meditations will deepen the intimacy of your relationship with your new little one. Sunrise Strenght w/ Erin Svare
This 4 week series will help you stay consistent with your exercise routine! These training sessions will focus on: building strength, increasing cardiovascular capacity and increasing mobility in a small group setting.
Sessions will include, but are not limited to: goal coaching. working with weights/resistance bands/TRX, tabata, HIIT, yoga, injury prevention, recipe sharing and nutrition information.
