Yoga for Birth
Build Your Toolbox for Labor and Birth Coping Skills. Yoga has proven benefits for managing pain, reducing fear and creating a deeper sense of relaxation; just what you need for birth, no matter how it unfolds.
In this workshop you will learn:
- breathing and relaxation techniques
- movement and yoga positions to support progress in labor
- review stages of labor
- advocacy and informed decision making
- partner supported poses and positions

Join Erin Svare and Janine Murphy 10/26-12/14 for this 7 week program that will teach you about caring for your changing body and life as a new mom.
This program will support postpartum recovery with experiential learning, including:
-core and pelvic floor recovery exercises
-yoga and fitness with guidance, for still, tired new Mamas
-establishing habits of hydration, rest, meditation, movement and nutrition
